Chocolate, Cheetos and diet Pepsi-Need to get back on track:(

Okay well I've been off my healthy eating and working out for a couple months now (okay maybe 3 or 4 months if I'm being honest) and seem to have developed a love for chocolate, Cheetos and diet Pepsi.    I know, I know, I know! So I am getting back on track with my healthy eating, exercising and blogging. I have lots of great articles to post and can't wait to catch up with all of you.

I hope everyone had a great New Year and here is to a happy and healthy 2011!!

:) Heidi

Great to have you back, hope to see you often.

    Take care.

  6. Happy New Year Heidi!

I too have had a wonderful time with chocolate .... but was watching an interesting programme on TV the other day telling the quickest and most effective way of taking it all off. Apparently it is proven that we all need to use smaller plates and dishes ... those extra few spoonfuls of food make so much difference!!!!!
