While you were gone there was a programme on the television here in England that talked about one of the first signs of malnutrition (people frightened to eat or not realising that they weren't eating enough for their body size). It was very interesting and said that small raised dots or lumps on the inside of a person's elbow showed that they weren't getting enough nutrients. I have never heard of this before - just thought I'd ask, have you or anything similarly related? Sorry to ask but I found it intriguing. I Didn't realise that shortage of nutrients showed itself in this way ...
