Just to let all you all know that I have not fallen off the earth and am currently working on my Vita-Mix post and (okay I still get nervous discussing this publicly) a post on the health benefits of sex. I saw an article and was completely amazed at all the benefits of sex (heart, prostate, bones, immunity, mood, longevity, fertility and more). Normally I would not write on this subject because you never know who is going to get all riled up over it but the benefits outweighed my fear of offending anyone and we are all adults here so I think it should be okay (oh my, I am blushing even typing the word sex-okay I am 40 not 16-I need to get with the program-sorry but growing up we NEVER discussed such things and if you did you would probably well who knows since it was not discussed-ahhhhh-stop blushing-so ridiculous). So, that is what I have coming up hopefully tomorrow. Until then……

Having said all that. . . . sex is such a fun form of exercise. . . . much better at 48 than 28.
Ciao
But I totally agree that it is very healthy- good to forget about stress;)
It's about time you told me about the birds and the bees. I'm totally in the dark over here.
Happy tails.

This often times brought a great deal of embarrassment for my husband and still does even though they are all grown.
I think I am so open about it because my mother was so closed to discuss it. Due to this I believe that some of things I experienced in my younger years could have been avoided.
So I taught my girls to be open, honest and unashamed to discuss anything with me. Now they are 38 and 35 and I still know all of the details. But please don;t ever let their husbands know....LOL:-)))))
Yes, we should all be able to talk about it comfortably, without feeling embarrassed. So, I say, go for it.
