I have found that most of these shakes contain casein - a milk protein. You have to read the list of ingredients very carefully, because if you have problems digesting diary products, these things will put you in a world of hurt. After a lot of searching, I discovered Trader Darwin's Soy Protein Powder. The company guarantees that there will milk protein. It's also loaded with additional vitamins and minerals. I mix it with one banana, a small scoop of raspberries and a cup of fresh orange juice. Add six ice cubes and blend to perfection. Yummy!
