Weird Appetite Suppressant-Have You Tried It? I Bet Not

For those of you who read my blog on a regular basis you will probably recall that I often share information from Kim Klaver (the only word that comes to mind is genius) and Dr. Heidi Dulay (one of the most amazing and knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to nutrition) of Whole Food Nation. I take the whole food supplements the pops that they created (and I love) and now they have come out with a new weight loss program called Extreme Regime. I am sharing a weird appetite suppressant incorporated in the ER program that I absolutely loved. This is an exclusive program as Dr. Heidi only takes 6-10 people per month to work with and she just recently started it (so far the results have been staggering). I have not personally taken the program although if I wanted to lose weight I would but I have thought of signing up to learn her secrets because the following are the basic components of her program that is being met with such praise-

Here are the 4 basics of the ER program:

1. Real food is good. No fake, toxic, food-like substances.

2. Fat is good, including saturated fat IF it's from happy animals. Or from coconuts.

3. Refined carbs are bad: sugar, sweets, alcohol and refined grains (white bread, pasta, rice, etc.). BAD.

4. Starving is no good. It destroys metabolism and creates fat.

I am an information hound. I want to know all the secrets to good health and weight loss and Dr. Heidi seems to know them. Anyway, I am off subject (which is one of the things I am very good at doing) so let me get down to what this post is about (I can't ever make a short story short). Dr. Heidi and Kim Klaver have a weird appetite suppressant that I tried and oddly enough liked (I know, I know-I am weird) so I am sharing this with you to see what you think. If you decide to try it will you tell me if it worked for you? I was pleasantly surprised at how much less I ate after experimenting with this.

Weird Appetite Suppressant

by-Kim Klaver and Dr. Heidi Dulay

"Here's a weird (and free) ER appetite suppressant tip. I dare you to try it.
You're sitting down at a restaurant. The waiter brings out the warm bread and butter.
Take some butter (say a pat or so).

Do not touch the bread.
Eat the butter. Alone. Let it melt in your mouth.
Wait about 10 seconds.

Check appetite.

Repeat if necessary.

If you have not gagged at the idea of butter alone, you'll notice a difference in your hunger level almost immediately. I did. Vicki did. Anna Jean did. Dozens of others did."

What do you think? I loved it and now carry around a tub of butter (just kidding) but I was excited to find that this worked! Are you going to try it? I am dying to know if it works for you too!!!

p.s. thanks for all the well wishes (I felt so loved) on my flu day. I am rarely sick so of course I acted like the world was ending. I am much better and back to myself now (whatever that is). You all are great!

  3. This is a great tip! Fat supresses your appetite. Actually I take a bit of butter all by itself occassionally as I'm cooking with it - love the taste, but ours is an organic salt free butter.

By the way we've given you an award and you can pick it up at http://blog.ourdoglog.com

    Enjoy!

  5. Butter? That's crazy! Especially after all the years of telling you no! to butter. Not sure I can stomach this one tough. We'll see. BTW, the image of you carrying around a tub of butter made me LOL! You're the best!

  6. Hmmm. I'll try anything once. Well, most anything. Peanut butter works for me though, and tastes better solo.

  14. Ok, I'm going to try this. My appetite is one of my problems with losing weight. I do have a question, does it have to be real butter or can it be margerine? Luckily I do have butter in the house (mostly for cookie makin), so I'll try it today when I'm hungry again before dinner!

    Thanks for the info.

  17. It is really good to see there are some folks out there that know the truth!

Our bodies do need saturated fats but only the good kinds! Coconut oil, palm kernel oil, butter and olive oil.

Thanks for saying it so well, you got peoples attention!

  18. I think this method of natural appetite suppressant is similar to downing a spoonful of olive oil or coconut oil. It's a bit off-putting but I'm sure the experience would be over in just a second.

  19. Like most of the folks have already said, I'll try it once!
