I have just returned from a relaxing and spectacularly beautiful Costa Rica! I love going there and the natural beauty never ceases to amaze me. It was great to see some old friends and meet some new! Anyway, home now with lots of great things to write about soon! I tried some amazing
Don Q Coconut Rum with a low cal Pina Colada recipe I want to share and tried some incredible
CocoaWell vitamins that had to be the reason for me feeling so energetic and amazing and read a terrific book about how to be healthy and trim with the
Undiet!!!! Can't wait to share all these things with you as soon as I get back into my routine here in a few days. Time to get back to my running and eating well too because vacation was far too fun!! Here
