  1. So very true about steady state cardio. I moved to HIIT back in February and quickly began dropping weight I've been trying to lose for the last 5 years.

  5. Great post Heidi...you know I had trainers tell me for years how to work out that never did what I wanted it to do...and I worked by butt off so to speak!!! Will have to look at resistance training and HIIT...thanks for the info...
