I started this blog so that I can pass along all the great things that I learn everyday on damage control for our wonderful bodies. It is tough to keep up sometimes with all the things going on in our daily lives so hopefully some of the helpful hints that I provide can make your life easier and healthier. A Quick Update

I wanted to let everyone know that I have a post that I was going to put up tonight but to be honest I am tired after my workout so I am going to post tomorrow (I know you are all waiting with bated breath:). It was one of those days where I would have rather done just about anything but exercise but I did it and did it exceptionally hard (I think to make up for the guilt of not wanting to go) and so now my body is begging to get some rest and I think for once I will listen (I am a night owl). So, I suppose the point of this post is to let you know I will be sleeping but dreaming of the post on 20 foods to help you not get cancer that I will have for you tomorrow. I hope you all get a good nights sleep as well!!! Until tomorrow!

This being tired thing must be going around. I slept 10 hours last night and just woke up from a two hour afternoon nap! (yawn)...hope you got the rest you needed!

Totally relate to working out even though I don't feel like it. There are days when you feel more energetic and there are those really painful workouts that leave you exhausted and run down. Rest well!

I love your blog! I love stevia too! I use it everyday. I am allergic to corn. Sugar is derived by corn. So, this is a great alternative. Keep up the great work!
